If you forgot your account password in a Moodle (LMS) powered website, you may reset it to nominate a new one.


To reset your password, please follow these instructions:

  1. Using a web browser, go to the website URL of your school's LMS (Moodle) instance.
  2. In the login page, click on the "Forgotten your username or password?" link. 
  3. Under the "Search by email address" field, key-in the email address of your LMS (Moodle) account and click on the "Search" button.
  4. An email message containing instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to you. There is a chance that the password reset email may land in your email account's Spam folder, so be sure to check it there, too.
